We are looking for 2 to 8 Licensed Insolvency Practitioners to build named reviewer roles around

LTD Turnaround is an independent information service for UK company directors in financial difficulty, operated by Best Business Loans Ltd (Companies House 16833937). We publish sourced, plain-English guidance: 41 situation guides, 12 free calculators, 9 official-data trackers and a Q&A hub, with live data drawn from the Insolvency Service, The Gazette and Companies House. We are building a bench of specialist Licensed IPs, each with a full professional bio on the site and a named reviewer credit across the topic area they know best.

What a panel seat involves

The topic seats

Each seat covers a defined set of live pages and tools. We are looking for a minimum of two practitioners (one anchor generalist plus one specialist) and up to eight, one per seat. A single firm may hold more than one seat initially.

SeatEvery topic it coversThe practitioner we are looking for

2 · Rescue & Restructuring~7 pages Administration · CVA · pre-pack administration · business rescue · CVA vs administration · cash-flow problems · the viability and runway tools An IP whose practice genuinely takes rescue appointments, administrations and CVAs on the record, not only liquidations
3 · HMRC & Tax Debt~7 pages HMRC debt · Time to Pay · VAT arrears · PAYE arrears · Corporation Tax arrears · HMRC personal liability notices · HMRC debt collectors · the TTP affordability calculator An IP with substantial HMRC negotiation experience; we are open to a CTA-qualified tax specialist co-reviewing the pure Time to Pay pages

6 · Phoenix & Starting Again~4 pages + 4 in review Phoenix companies · section 216 name reuse · restart guidance, plus four further legal guides currently held for licensed review (name-reuse rules, funding a pre-pack, director liability when raising finance in distress, case studies) An IP experienced in pre-packs and connected-party sales who can sign off name-reuse guidance
7 · Employees & Payroll~4 pages Cannot pay staff wages · director redundancy · what happens to employees when a company closes · the director redundancy calculator An IP or specialist familiar with the Redundancy Payments Service and employee claims in insolvency
8 · Scotlandas traffic justifies Scottish-law variants of the closure, rescue and enforcement guidance A Scottish-qualified practitioner

Two areas sit outside the IP bench by design: the five business-rescue finance guides (funding during a CVA or administration, restart funding, HMRC arrears funding) are commercial-finance content reviewed on the finance side of our group, and the official-data trackers are maintained editorially against their named public sources. Everything else on the site falls under one of the eight seats above.

The commercial structure, stated plainly

We are fully aware of the Insolvency Code of Ethics prohibition on payments for the introduction of appointments (R2340.4), and of IPA guidance that per-lead charging is treated the same way. Accordingly: we do not sell leads and we will not propose per-lead, per-case or appointment-contingent fees in any form. The arrangement we offer is a fixed periodic retainer for defined marketing, content-review and named-reviewer services at fair market rates, not referenced to volumes or outcomes, with a genuine services schedule. We expect and welcome the clearance step with your Recognised Professional Body before anything goes live, and you will have review rights over all material naming you.

Why this is worth your name

Directors in distress research late at night before they call anyone. Our pages answer the exact questions they type, with official data and honest guidance including the routes that need no practitioner at all. A named, licensed reviewer is what turns that trust into a phone call, and the reviewer whose name is on the page is the firm that call reaches. The site already operates end-to-end: every enquiry arrives pre-verified against the Companies House register with the director's situation, urgency and company profile attached.

Next step

If this fits your practice, contact Adam Parker via ltdturnaround.co.uk/contact for the services schedule and a walkthrough of the pages your seat would cover. We are happy to start with a single-seat arrangement and grow from there.
