ChatGPT Visibility Services
By Adam Parker | Updated April 2026
UK-specialist service to get your business cited and recommended inside ChatGPT. Bing index strategy, entity signals, citation-ready content, and live-lookup tuning for Search and GPT-5.
ChatGPT is no longer a chatbot on the side. It is a primary research surface for UK buyers, job candidates, investors, and journalists. Getting your business named, described accurately, and recommended inside ChatGPT is a distinct discipline from traditional SEO.
We work with UK businesses to become the brand ChatGPT reaches for when a user asks "who should I use for X in the UK." That requires a specific stack of signals, not generic content or generic SEO.
How ChatGPT Actually Finds You
ChatGPT has three main ways of knowing about your business: training data (GPT-4 class models, periodic refresh), live search via OAI-SearchBot and the Bing index, and user-triggered browse via ChatGPT-User. Each route uses different signals. A business that ranks well on Bing but has weak entity markup can appear in ChatGPT search but not in unsearched recommendations. A business with strong entity markup but no recent Bing indexing can appear in trained recommendations but not in live citations.
Our ChatGPT visibility work covers all three routes: content that Bing will index and ChatGPT will cite; entity markup that goes into trained recommendations; and live-lookup tuning so OAI-SearchBot can crawl, parse, and quote your pages without hitting blockers.
What We Do
Bing Webmaster Tools and IndexNow setup. ChatGPT search draws heavily from the Bing index. We set up Bing Webmaster Tools, verify sitemaps, submit URLs, and wire IndexNow on your deploy pipeline so new content reaches Bing (and therefore ChatGPT) within minutes of publishing.
Entity clarity and sameAs mapping. We build the Organization + Person @graph schema, list you on Wikidata, link Companies House + LinkedIn + YouTube + Crunchbase + your industry directories as sameAs references, and make sure your founder is recognised as a named entity rather than an untagged mention.
Citation-ready content. Every piece is written with 40-word answer capsules at the top, H2s phrased as questions, bullets and tables for structured extraction, and named sources. ChatGPT extracts these passages almost verbatim when asked a matching query.
Crawler access audit. We check Cloudflare AI Crawl Control, robots.txt, and rendering to ensure OAI-SearchBot and ChatGPT-User can reach your pages without being blocked at the CDN layer. Around 27% of UK B2B sites unknowingly block these crawlers, which makes citation impossible regardless of content quality.
Citation tracking. We run ongoing prompt testing against your brand, your service category, and your competitors. You see where you are cited, where a competitor is cited instead, and what content gap explains the difference. We use our own Five Signal tracking framework combined with third-party tools.
What Results Look Like
Most UK clients see first ChatGPT citations within 60 to 120 days of work beginning. The sequence is usually: Bing indexing catches up in the first 2 to 4 weeks, OAI-SearchBot starts regular crawling around week 4 to 6, entity signals take 8 to 12 weeks to show up in recommendations, and citation share against competitors moves over months 3 to 6. We do not promise rankings, but we do set calibrated expectations about the timeline.
Pricing
ChatGPT visibility is part of our wider AI search visibility work. See our pricing page for retainer tiers. Single-platform engagements start at our Ecosystem tier; multi-platform work sits at Full Agency. We do not sell ChatGPT-only fixes as a standalone product because single-platform work rarely survives a model retraining cycle.
