AI Visibility Case Study

UK Professional Services · 2026

UK AI visibility research data

The Challenge

A UK professional services business with a strong Google presence was completely absent from AI search answers. Despite ranking on page one for their target keywords, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity did not mention them when asked about businesses in their category.

The Audit

Our AI Search Visibility Audit revealed gaps across all five signal layers:

Identity Clarity – described differently across website, LinkedIn, and directory listings

Subject Authority – services listed broadly with no structured depth content

Meaning Architecture – no schema markup, poor internal linking hierarchy

Ecosystem Validation – present on only 3 external platforms (website, GBP, LinkedIn)

Signal Consistency – historical content contradicting current positioning

The Approach

We started with the Google Ecosystem service – building presence across 20+ Google-owned platforms without touching the client's website. In parallel, we aligned external directories, review platforms, and professional listings to use consistent language.

The Outcome

Within 3 months, the business began appearing in AI-generated answers across multiple platforms. The consistent entity description built during the ecosystem phase gave AI systems the confidence to recommend the business.

The client described the experience: "We knew AI search was going to be a big shift. It felt important to understand this properly and build a solid baseline early on."

AI visibility is infrastructure, not a campaign.
It compounds.
